I love the shirt but it does not hang off the shoulder like it shows in the picture

I ordered large 10-12 which is my normal size but these do not fit. Material is way tight. Also, they do not have a wide waste band.
There goes $18.88. The top I got was not the top that's shown, it does not hang off the shoulder and its a darker gray, I normally wear a 9, or a Medium. I ordered a large for a flow look. It's super tight, like an athletic top. Can't wear it :(

I was sent the wrong tank. When I emailed them about sending it back for the correct tank they responded with how to return it, however, since it was incorrect they should pay for shipping. I have emailed them 3 more times with no response. The quality of the printing is so cheap it’s not worth it to me to pay to ship it back. Very disappointed as it looked so cute online.
