This is my second time ordering these! I had to order more for the additional creatures that have joined our crew. They are perfect!

I have yet to even receive this product or get a refund. I contacted the seller a month ago and she assured me a replacement would be shipped and she would confirm shipment. Never heard back. Reached out again and still haven’t heard back. I’d like my money back at this point.
I never received this order. I have contacted the company and they promised to immediately replace. Still have not heard from them and have not received them.
Super cute custom ornament! Shipping took longer than stated online, but it showed up with plenty of time for Christmas and in perfect condition.
Cute personalized items for family pets. Arrived just before Christmas, so shipping was pretty slow.
This was a gift for my grandkitty, my daughter loved it. She immediately put it on her tree.
The ornaments turned out perfectly, and the personalized note was lovely!
Ordered on 3rd. Shipped on 14th (took almost two weeks just to make?)...now caught in the Usps overload and didn’t get in time for class party, to give to teacher. At this point, doesn’t matter what it looks like. Won’t be able to use for the purpose intended. Wish my early ordering would have mattered. Late arrival would have made more sense if ordered only a week ago. Total bummer. Could have gotten faster at Things Remembered, but wanted to buy from small business.
