The boots are well made, a bit small, but an excellent company. They rectified the size issue for me.

These are a gift so I can't let the recipient try them on but I put them next to his other shoes and they look the same size! Love the style too!

I really want to leave a good review for this seller due to them being new but I just can’t. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my husband in November. The shoes arrived too large. I returned them for a smaller size at my expense and provided “proof “ that I sent them back (their requirement) in return they promised the shoes would be delivered in 2 days using priority mail along with a request to change my negative review. The shoes finally arrived after 10 days via ground shipping. Unfortunately, the shoes are too big again. Another email was sent requesting to exchange the shoes. No response. Another email sent a couple days later, They responded indicating due to the midwest storm they couldn’t communicate telling me “hope you can understand.” A week later, I receive an email “would you like to change the review against liberty shoes because its effect my sale. I am trying to make you happy.” I sent them an email indicating I returned the shoes coupled with “proof” of my shipping receipt. I agreed to change the review, once everything is resolved. A couple days later No response. I email again to confirm they received my email. No response. I email again. Finally, an email comes after a week letting me know Ill get my shoes the end of the week. I email a week later letting them know I haven’t seen the shoes. Next day, I get an email addressing “Jane refund this order.” Another email comes “The refund has been issued now.” No apologies nor did they ask to see if this was my preference. I know they were frustrated because I hadn’t reversed my review which I honestly planned on doing once everything was resolved. I can honestly say I’m grateful I didn’t. This has been a customer service Nightmare.

Cute shoe but not much padding. Were not comfortable. Sent them back.

Boots run very small and narrow for the size. Fits more like a women's size and looks more like a women's boot. I do not recommend. Currently waiting 2 days for seller to get back to me on how to return

BEAUTIFUL! I bought black and brown. I receive compliments and asking where I bought them every time I wear them!

Update: I did hear back from the merchant, who not only refunded my purchase price, but also told me to keep the boots. I was sent a size 10.5 instead of a size 11 in the black. I definitely need the larger size. How can this be corrected? The email listed for the merchant does not work.

The boots were advertised as women’s, but came as men's. But great customer service..they were quick to refund me!

Love this boot. Being able to order half size was great. Great quality.

The boots came in a used, beat-up, written-on shoe box. The boots were all scratched up.

I ordered an 8 and they sent me a 7.5. Now I am expected to pay shipping to send them back for an exchange. This is not my mistake. So far I am not happy with the product or company

These shoes run very large. I would suggest that you size down a whole or half size. The shoes are well-made; as if they're made from leather. The vendor is working to make me a happy customer.

I had an issue with the size but the seller took are of it and did a wonderful job in handling it!

Quality was good, but color wasn’t as it looked in pic. And the size was way small so we had to return.
