I ordered a keychain on March 31st and it said it shipped April 5th. I still have not gotten my keychain. I hate to leave a bad review because it may be the postal service and not the seller but I’m upset because it was part of my son’s birthday present and his birthday has come and past.
My keychain broke the very first day I got it.
That should not happen. Please email us at [email protected] which face your ordered and we will replace it immediately.

This little keychain is adorable! I got Bob Ross and it was definitely well made and worth the money, BUT there was one thing I didn’t care for. This is justmy opinion, but the smoky smell was a little overpowering. I understand that to burn the design into the wood it will probably leave a scent, but I am a vegetarian... and this just smelled like bacon or something. Lol but I’m hoping the smell will fade a little! It may not bother you a bit, so don’t let that turn you off! It’s so cute!
