I've been eyeing this sleeve for a while as I like to eat directly out of my pint of ice cream. I know I'm not alone there! Finally bit the bullet and bought the sleeve and it fits well and keeps my hand from freezing. Some cold still gets through but so much better than directly holding the pint or using a towel which just gets in the way of enjoying this cold treat!

I haven't used it yet, but they look like they do in the picture. Thick layered so I feel they will keep the drink cold. I got one for my sister and I, which i like the design I got her more, which just means I'll buy another for myself.
