Ordered two for my kids. My little girls zipper broke on the first use. I contacted the seller and she was more than happy to help. Within a week we had a new lunch box with a hand written letter. Very thankful for all of their help!

Super cute! The drink holder is a little smaller than I expected but still super cute and my daughter can't wait to use it for school!

Absolutely love these!!! May have to buy more for friends and family some time:) I bought two for me and then one each for my parents. We all love ours! I brought mine in a mission trip and it helped keep my water cool and kept my bottle from getting all dirty! Definitely a fan!!
