Cute water bottle holder. I had been looking for something for when I do short hikes or walks with my children so we can have water on hand and I don’t have to carry it in my hands! Great purchase and would purchase another

UPDATE; I was contacted almost immediately to resolve this issue. I was sent a new lunch tote in the design of my choice and they even upgraded it to the 3-piece set and included a handwritten note. Although the American flag lunch tote was not what I expected the customer service was beyond amazing. :) I got the American flag one and it’s a “distressed” look NOT the same as the picture- it just looks dirty and gross. My son ( who’s lunchbox it was going to be) asked why they would send a dirty one and said we need to wash it.

These were far too small for a 30 ounce insulated bottle. The seller contacted me and said because Jane had not listed the non-insulated part, she would work with me. She was WONDERFUL and we worked out the problem. She was great in customer service and I will look for the seller again on Jane because she is so ethical. The product is great and what a clever idea. I will buy again, maybe Christmas gifts, they are that great!
