I was nervous to get the medium size since I buy large coffees from Tim Horton’s and Venti from Starbucks but I went with what was suggested and it fits perfect. It feels like a neoprene coozie and is good quality. It’s kind of thick and the stitching feels and looks like it’s done well. I ordered the paisley design and I’m absolutely in love. 10/10 rating from me. I would recommend this to anyone!

I ordered March 6 and I did not recieve until May 4. I don’t feel like the pattern looks like the photo at all. Pretty disappointed.

Customer canceled half of her order which looked like a full refund in our system, so the shipping label was voided accidentally. Customer then contacted us on April 19 to check the status of her shipment and we found this error and sent her order out the next day with an apology. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so we would happily refund her order if she is not happy, but she has not contacted us again to let us know she is unhappy with the print she ordered.
