First and foremost, I want to share that I am a very skeptical online purchaser. And when I see things that are "too good to be true"... I typically believe they are a Hoax. So, with that said I did read the reviews on this product and most everyone seemed very satisfied. I loved the bright unique patterns as well as the more "manly" camo version for my son. When I compared the prices to some of the other versions, I thought, why not give it a try...very reasonably priced. So I hit the "submit order" button. To realize I must have inadvertently removed the one bright paisley I had selected for my self and it wasn't in my confirmed order. I immediately reached to the "contact us" email thinking they may help me. Not only did they help me, they quickly added the replacement to my original order...and from there I was overly impressed by the immediate response, and continued positive communications back and forth...I will now be a customer for life...and refer them to all my friends. The product came and it was just as the picture showed. So bright and fun! Fit was PERFECT - I got the Med for my Venti SB drink. No more drippy iced coffee and iced tea cups for me!
