Really cute sweater just runs really big order a size down

I am between a medium and a large, large was too big but I contacted the seller and they are sending me a new one. Great customer service!

I think the fit was probably true to size, but just tight in the chest area…tighter than I like to wear my shirts. The material was great and it was very flattering! I did request to return it because of the sizing for me. Customer service got back to my within 30 minutes to say that they were going to issue a refund, but that I could keep the shirt, it would make a great gift. I was very impressed with how it was handled and will definitely order from this company again!

I usually wear a med but I ordered smaller due to comments, the small fits perfect.

Totally not what was pictured!!! Top falls at the waist, round neck And sleeves totally different. Very disappointed! Want a total refund!!!

The shirt is pretty. I wear a size 6 and bought a medium. It’s so small I can’t even get it on. It’s more like an XS. I’m not sure what the return policy is.

Dress does fit pretty well, even for being a bit bustier it was large in the chest. Size down.

This is a really cute dress, light and airy. The fit runs large so I would order down a size just to be safe. The customer service is one of the best I've ever encountered before. I had to email them to return my order and someone responded to me within the hour and completely resolved my issue, actually they went above and beyond my expectations. Wish that more companies operated this way! They were great 😁

The item didn’t fit me well. I ordered a L and should of ordered an XL. It fit small. The customer service was very helpful and I received a full refund and they told me to keep the dress and give it as a gift!

Really cute pants. I normally wear a 10 and got the 8/10. Fit great! Customer service is really good. While following the tracking, my order didn’t seem to be moving. I contacted the seller and they got back to me same day AND got my order moving. They contacted me again to make sure my order arrived. Great company! Will happily order from them again!

The shape of the dress is weird! Not lined or stretch fabric

The color is not even what is pictured. They are like grandma pants or workman pants. So dissapointed !

The jeans fit but the material has no stretch whatsoever. They feel like a pair of blue jeans from 45 years ago that didn’t have any stretch. Also the zipper is scratchy going up and down, so I am wondering if it is a cheap zipper. It’s those things that give the first impression trying it on. The design is cute and they fit nicely, but if I need to bend down. Ugh, no stretch.
