HI! So sorry to hear you had trouble. We have a video tutorial (the website is listed on the back of the Bible tabs). All our customers say the video helped them properly install their tabs. And here's the best news....You can easily remove the tabs from your Bible by using a hair dryer. Just heat the tab for a couple seconds and it easily comes off without damaging the page. :) We would love to send you a new set on us.
