Exactly as pictured. I bought the bee one and the black and white checkered one. The only reason I give 4 stars is because one of the bows had fallen off and untied in the packaging. I was able to re-tie the bow and put it back on the hat myself. Other than that they seem of good quality. Super cute and get many compliments!
