They are smaller than I thought, but still cute

Oh my gosh! These are the cutest Gnomes! I love them and just in time to decorate for the 4th of July. Very nice quality I would order and will order more.

The gnomes I received did not look like the pictures. The beards were not full (as most are no matter who the seller). Also, the lemon print is not black, but navy and did not appear navy on either my cell phone screen or my laptop screen. Seller doesn't provide descriptions, so I had no way of knowing about the color. As soon as I received them, I contacted the seller regarding the color and beard issues. If these had been really cheap, I would have shrugged my shoulders, but for the amount of money these cost, I wanted a refund. I was given excuses (expect slight variations, sorry to disappoint) and not much else. I had to contact Jane.com to get involved and in the end, I feel like I was treated like I'm one of those difficult customers that asks to speak to the manager. I purchase online all the time and I've never had this much difficulty returning an item for a full refund when an item doesn't match its listing online. If the seller posts a response and puts blame on me, the customer, beware.

They are very cute but don’t stand up right. They want to topple over to their front. Like the nose or beard is too heavy. They need more sand or weight in the body
