Highly disappointed with this seller. I ordered these on January 7th and they were supposed to ship by the 23rd. I reached out to the seller on the 25th with no response. I contacted JANE and they were extremely helpful and reached out to the seller not once, but twice but no response from seller. I will NEVER order from this seller again. JANE refunded me in full.

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered these gnomes on January 7th, with a ship date of the 23rd. After a week past this date, I decided to reach out to them to see when my items would arrive. I never heard from them. I tried three times, and then expressed my concerns to JANE. They reached out to this company as well, stating that they needed to contact me. After two days, I still did not hear from Kate + Em. JANE refunded my money. This company lost my business. What terrible customer service!! They should not be associated with JANE as far as I am concerned. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Please make more!!!

Cute but much smaller than described. The gnomes I received measured about 4x6 inches. Disappointing.

Smaller than expected but cute

I ordered two black and white gnomes (one chef, one regular). Received two chef gnomes in error. One wouldn't even stand up it was so lopsided. The "spoon" looks nothing like it did in the stock photos, and looks like an odd ear instead. Seller promised to send the other immediately. Two weeks later I finally received a package. With a black and red gnome that was so lopsided it won't sit up straight (it was supposed to be black and white). The quality of workmanship is poor. Seller will not respond now. Beware of this seller.. Jane just got my last order!!!!

Adorable

I love this product! I hang it on one of the drawers in my bathroom. It's pretty to look at but it's very effective too. Excellent product.
