Slow shipping.. earrings look nothing like in the picture!! The pink is hot pink and the earrings are rose gold!! So disappointed with my purchase

Way larger then expected and they turn my ear lobe black.

I do not recommend this product because the picture on the website is not at all what the earrings looked like when they arrived (late also). I immediately contacted the seller and received no response. I waited about 2.5 weeks and sent the same email, again with no response.

The product I received was nothing like the photo. Supper bummed. The Colors were not even close!

These made my ears turn green almost instantly. Very poor quality metal.

Seller won’t respond to emails and it’s been weeks with no shipment

Never received my order

It has been over a month and I still have not received my order. I purchased 3 packs of these. I have contacted the seller with no response. Very disappointed.

I never received this item, and when I emailed the company about it, they asked for my order number, which I sent them and then nothing.

Takes too long to ship.

I received an empty box.

I ordered several sets of these earrings in October. Expected delivery was Nov 9th. It's now December and still no product and no communication letting me know why there is a delay or when to expect it to even ship. Pretty disappointed.

Received wrong item

Mine isn’t really the product it’s the seller. I ordered 2 sets of earrings and it took forever to receive them and I was only sent one. I contacted them about the other set and was told to send the ones I’m missing and haven’t heard from them since. I’ve sent 4 emails with no response.

I never received the item… it was sent to several states away from me.

I was excited for these earrings. Unfortunately, I didn’t change the shipping address to my current home (not sellers fault). I immediately went to cancel the order and place it again but the only option was to contact seller. I sent an email on 18 September as well as a follow up email on 21 September, didn’t get a response either times. The item was delivered to the wrong address on the 25th. Disappointed in the lack of communication.

Did not want rose gold metal. The pink stone is a hot pink and not light pink like the photo shows. Does not come with metal earring backs - only silicone which don’t hold the earrings in my ear correctly. The charcoal is pretty except the rose gold metal.
