Never received my item it just keeps saying processing it was supposed to have shipped over a week ago. Very disappointed they looked really cute.
I should have read the reviews……. I too ordered these a month ago. Still comes up as processing and have NEVER received them. Contacted the seller but also no response. Very upset.
Still haven’t received my order. Same as the other reviews, I’ve emailed multiple times and emailed Jane as well. Very disappointed.
They are all tarnished and I am not able to use them as gifts.
I ordered this set of earrings on 11/14, were to arrive on 11/23. I just finally received item on 12/7 after 3 emails were sent. Not great communication on delayed packagi g and lare shipping, nor any updates thst item would be really late. product is great, just took way too long to arrive snd lack of communication.
The earrings are just beautiful. They are the perfect size and just enough sparkle. Agree with the other reviews though- took waaaaay longer to ship than the estimated ship date.
Shipping took a while but the earrings are exactly as pictured and a great addition to any holiday outfit.

Beautiful earrings, but it took three weeks to get holiday earrings. I contacted the seller and was told they’re busy with holiday orders. I’d recommend the product, but this was not typical of the timeline or customer service I’m accustomed to with Jane. (And I shop far too much on the Jane app!)
