It shipped on January 7 th and still haven't received it.

I wore the necklace twice and it turned colors. I have tried to contact the seller but it will not let me on Jane.

Necklace came in a very damaged plastic bag, over a month after ordering. It was in pieces. I contacted seller, sent pictures. Got no response at all. I ended up salvaging the cross pendant and put it on another chain. :(

Immediately turned brassy- first time my daughter wore it. Seller won’t respond to emails.

I love the design and style I was so excited . I took it out of the bag and hung it on my jewelry stand which is made of ceramic/coated and the next day when I grab it to put it on it had already turned the color on that part was brassy and I didn’t even get a chance to wear it . So sad !

I ordered this necklace on 11/22 and it still has not shipped and today is 12/5/22… I won’t buy from this seller again. Not the usual service I get with Jane. Trying to figure out how to contact the seller for a refund.

I have never left a review before but unfortunately I feel I need to for this! I ordered the white cross and gold cross 10/27. When my package arrived I got 2 gold crosses, so no white cross! Reached out to the seller with no response, so I reached out to Jane and then heard back from seller that the white cross was out of stock and told me dates for when it would b relisted! So I ordered a white cross again on 12/4 and I got a gold cross, so once again I didn’t get the white cross I ordered! Reached out to Jane and seller and once again was told the white cross was out of stock! 1/1 I seen the white cross was relisted and reached out to Jane and seller to ask for a white cross to b sent to me! Jane responded and asked seller to send me the white cross necklace as well. No response from seller! 1/3 sent another message to Jane and seller and seller was quick to respond and say once again out of stock! That seems to b the only thing they can tell me! Is OUT OF STOCK!

This was a cheaper quality than I was expecting. The chain was a shiny gold which was not obvious in the photo. The charm was a pretty unpolished gold, and I assumed the chain would match. I tried twice to reach out to the seller to make a return but got no response. That was disappointing. I ended up eating the cost, removed the charm, and discarded the chain. Maybe I can repurpose the cross charm.

I really love this necklace, but the charm and the chair are different finishes of gold and that makes it look cheap and like it's not a set. The chain is a polished gold and the charm is more of a brushed gold. I'm disappointed.

Pretty but the gold is pretty yellow in color.

Much smaller than expected.

Gold is not as pretty as the color pictured, looks cheap in person.
