These bands are a bit smaller than I expected, and they roll easily, but they do work for the intended purposes and the resistance levels seem accurate in comparison to other bands that I have used.

Complicated strap options, but no instructions. Also, the zippers are 'thick' feeling and difficult to pull. Basic construction and materials seem okay, but I would not recommend buying this.
