Keychain is adorable, but didn't come in time for Mother's Day. I was really disappointed.

My keychain came broken, I have been trying to reach out to the company for a refund, have not been successful yet. Did not realize that the keychain was made so fragile.

Had I seen this in person, before purchasing it, I would not have paid even half the cost. To be honest, I would have never bought it. I had read that it would be here by Mother’s Day, (that is why I made the purchase), but once I submitted my order, the delivery date was listed as after. (It is even labeled as “Personalized Keychain / Mother’s Day Gift”.)This is the first thing I have purchased through Jane that I have been thoroughly disappointed in.

Love anything personalized

I thought this looked very cheap. Not nearly as nice in person. I threw it away.

My kiddos call their grandma YAYA and I never find that anywhere so I was stoked when I found these that could be personalized!

I didn't realize the names were plastic but overall a really cute item. I gave to both grandmother on Mother's Day and they loved them!! Adding their favorite color tassel was a nice bonus.
