Never received shirt

Mine got lost in the mail, contacted the company and they sent a new shirt. Amazing customer service! Will definitely shop here again!

Love it. Notice on May 4 said it was being shipped; did not receive until May 21. Company should have sent notice during that 3 week period explaining delay.

Never received shirts. Item was never actually shipped. Same thing as so many other reviews. When I questioned the company they were rude and tried to say all the bad reviews that said their orders were never received were from one incident, which as you can see from dates, its not true. Good luck ever getting shirts from these people! I've never had a problem with a Jane order before these people.

Update: if I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed that is have not received the shirts I ordered or just money back. I ordered these for my husband and kids in early May. It shows as shipped on May 5 but no updates since then and I still have not received the shirts. These were a birthday gift but I don’t think I will get them in time.

I never received my order.

These have to be mens sizes not women. Probably my bad for not reading correctly. But I am about a size 4-6 ordered medium and it could be a nightgown.

Ordered two shirts. They’re both soft and look just like pictured. Shipping was a little slow, but I wasn’t in a hurry for them.

Bought this for my Mom, she loves the design, fit and material!!!

Nice quality

Sizing runs QUITE large. I would recommend sizing down and NOT using this company's size guide. I hope they update their sizes because my "youth medium" for a 9 year old will be a dress on her.
