I never received this order and the seller will not answer my messages!

Ordered October 5. No shirt!!!! This is crazy. I'm so upset.

Ordered 26 days ago still haven't received. This was for halloween, which is tomorrow. Will be returning if I ever receive it. Would like my money back.

*edit: our items showed up a month after I was sent the email they were shipped. Our items were never received. The items were tracked to a post office in Massachusetts but never moved for over 3 weeks. After contacting the seller by email, we never got a response. I would love to get the issue resolved.

11.15.2021 UPDATE: Finally received my order today, almost 2 months post order date. I ordered a shirt on September 24 and got a notification that it shipped on October 5. After 15 days or so, I still had not received my order and the order tracking had no movement. I contacted the seller and never heard back. Today, I write this review on October 31 and I have still not yet received my order nor heard from the seller. The refund process seems like a headache, so I think I’ll be eating the cost, but will not be ordering this product again.

I order two shirts on 9/24. I did not receive items until 11/3, after Halloween. Very disappointed and will not be using this seller again.

Do not order from this company! Ordered on 9/24, finally got my shirt on 11/3. Sent several emails to the company, and they would not respond until Jane got involved.

I purchased a medium and it is roomy and soft on my 5’7”, 142 lb. body. The only downside was that it had a two week shipping time.

So, the shirt is nice and as pictured, but unfortunately USPS lost package. Seller filed a claim and I received shortly after. Thanks!
