Never received. I got refund from Jane.
I purchased from this seller two different times. BOTH times my shipment never arrived and after weeks later I contacted them and they said they would re send another package. Neither of them ever arrived! Either shipment! It has been over a month. I finally just requested a refund from Jane. I will not be purchasing from them again. I have not had this problem with any other seller on Jane.
Ordered a sweatshirt on September 13th, watched the tracking and tracking said it was still being processed at a shipment facility for weeks. I contacted Johnny Threads, October 4th that I hadn’t received my sweatshirt, they apologized and said they would send me a new sweatshirt ASAP. It is now October 13th and nothing. I wrote again to them and so far nothing back.
I love this sweatshirt! Quality is great. It took 5 weeks to get here, but after a few follow ups they sent it and I had it within days. I’d order a bunch more if I knew it wasn’t going to take so long to get here.
Order was supposed to be shipped out on Sept. 22, but the post office lost the package. Seller said they would reship my order and it’s been a week and still no sweatshirt, no new shipping number and now no response from the seller. I was super excited about this sweatshirt. Hate I never got it.
I ordered this in September. I reached out to the seller that I had not received this shirt. They said they would prepare a new order. The 2nd order hasn’t been sent and that was 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive it or have tracking info on it. It has been over a month now. Looks like many others had issues with shipping too. I would not purchase from them again, waiting on a refund.
Never received my order and only got a reply from the seller when I complained to Jane. Seller said they would make it right and make the item but never did and went MIA after 2 weeks. Total waste of time and money and was issued a full refund from Jane.
Had a little hiccup but the company got back to me asap and had the item out to me so fast. I was able to wear it on the day I needed to. I am pleased with the product it’s absolutely adorable
This shirt is so cute and the colors are so vivid! It is perfect for the Halloween season and I have gotten so many compliments on it!

I never received my shirt and I ordered it September 9. The seller responded to my emails but Jane.com made it right!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!I had not received my package and it had been a few weeks. I finally reached out via email to the seller and Kate got back to me right away. She looked into my order and altho it had shipped it was misplaced by the post office, confirmed by them as well. She got right on it and I had my shirt within a couple days. If you have not received your stuff I suggest emailing them. They will make it right.
