I received 3 out of 4 shirts. They turned out nice but I am missing a $20 shirt and would like a refund for that.

My husband loves it! Fits as expected and arrived on time.

Quality shirt, fits TTS. Fun spin on the characters. Delivery time was as expected.

I was very pleased with the company’s speedy and friendly customer service! I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size shirt for my daughter (youth instead of adult) and instead of having me return the item, they said to donate it and they’d ship me the correct size! It saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle and was extremely generous! I will be a return customer for sure!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I emailed right away after realizing jane populated the wrong shipping address. I emailed them asking to change the shipping address and they never did. I have asked for a refund and havent heard back. I will be contacting Jane.

Very very poor customer service :( I left my initial review explaining that I emailed them asking to change the address and I never received an email back confirming that they did. Thankfully I realized that the shirts were still shipped to the wrong address. I simply asked for a refund and left a bad review hoping i would actually get a response to the email this time. They stated they changed the address and said it was a glitch with their shipping. Then told me it was my responsibility to make sure the address was right (hence my initial email politely asking for the address change within minutes of the actual order). its the week before christmas and we needed these shirts for a function. I still dont have any shirts or a refund. Now this is going to be prolonged because they’re apparently very upset about this bad review (3 consecutive emails later, why they couldnt have been this responsive initially idk) and contacting Jane which I originally intended to do anyway. At this point the whole order is a waste of time and I had to expedite shirts from another company. All they had to do was a) communicate to the initial email that you changed the address. b) apologize for the mix up offer a refund or resend the order. c) leave the customer out of your business relationships with jane and your shipping company and acquire any monetary loss behind the scenes with them. I wish I could comment on the quality, size, and fit for you but it will be a christmas miracle if i could just get a refund or my original order (i guess we could wear them next year?).

It’s cute but took FOREVER to arrive. I ordered almost a month before Halloween, and it came a few days before. I only got to wear it once.

Had to cancel my order and ask for refund because it never arrived

Christmas gift for my husband. I caved and gave it to him lol he loves it.

Bought this for my brother-in-law for Christmas. He is going to love it!
