Ordered 12/1 to make sure he shirt would be delivered by Christmas and I never received it :( was super excited to wear for family this year but sadly that's not happening.

I ordered this the first week of December and I have yet to receive it I have contacted the seller with no response. It says it shipped on December 11th, but here I am with no gift for someone special I should have read the reviews first.

ordered with plenty of time and did not receive in time and the only response I got was look at the tracking number when I had already done that and determined it was lost since it had been at the same facility for 11 days

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still says 'processing.' No shipping info to speak of. Now 4 days away from Christmas and missing one of the gifts I was most looking forward to giving. Wishing I would have read all the other negative seller reviews before I bothered ordering.

Super fast shipping

Ordered nearly a month ago and the package hasn't even shipped yet. I emailed the seller and got no response. It's days away from Christmas and I still have not received these Christmas sweatshirts. I'm not sure why this seller took orders if they are unable to fulfill them. I understand there are issues with mail right now, but as I said I ordered this with plenty of time for delays. I would not recommend ordering from this seller. Update:It's been a few more days...still no response from the seller trying to make up for their poor handling of this situation. And still no psckage. I emailed Jane customer help. They responded and magically my order finally shipped. Will be here this week.

Bought same design in two different colors. Text and graphics on one were red and white. Text and graphics on the other were only white. The sweatshirt using two colors had much better printing (screen printed), the other one seemed to have text and graphics ironed on. Very different, but liked them both. Took a long time to ship.

The wording is very difficult to read. The "teal" is more of a light blue. Disappointed.
