Item never arrived….terrible customer service. Was only issued a refund because the Jane customer service stepped in and forced the issue. Beware of this seller!

I never received this product. The tracking says it never even made it to the post office.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I still have not received my order. I reached out to the seller for a refund and was told I would have to wait until I receive my order. The shipping label was created well over a week ago but still hasn’t even shipped, and I was supposed to receive my order by December 9th.

Do not waist your time or money. I ordered from this seller back in sept...Sept.... here now in Dec and still have not received my items. Poor customer service, never heard back from them after reaching out several times... SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

I'd love to leave a review on this product as I was just prompted to, but I haven't received it yet. Ordered 11/28, scheduled to arrive 12/6, today is 12/16 and nothing. I exchanged several emails with the owner who claimed it was dropped off at the post office, but clearly from the tracking that was not the case. Unfortunately looks like many others have had the same issue.

I haven’t received this. Said it shipped 12 days ago, still looks to be no where near my house.
