I have sent emails acquiring where my product is and have no response. It says it is still processing from February 3. I bought it in January. It is now February 20th. Not a fan of the customer service. Can't rate product when it never arrived.

Was supposed to ship 3 weeks ago and still nothing and no response from the seller.

Still haven't received and it's March 1st.... it's been a month

The watch took a very long time to arrive, and was broken when it got to me. I attempted to reach the seller twice by email and never received a response. I am incredibly disappointed.

Watch was broken. Tried emailing them a week ago and haven't heard anything back.

Receieved the watch and have not been able to get it to work. I'm guessing it needs a battery. Which should not be something I have to do on a brand new purchase.

The product came damaged. I have emailed the seller twice and still have heard nothing back. Super cute watch. Very disappointed with the damaged product.

Went to change the time to the correct time and the little pin came out and won't go back in, so the watch doesn't work. Tried to contact the seller about getting it replaced, but they never responded.

Do not buy this watch. It's super cute but the quality is so low. The glass face on my watch sat on top of the dials preventing the watch from even working, it was a joke! Worse than a toy watch. It makes me sad that Jane would promote this product to its customers...

I purchased the leopard print watch. It's cute but fell apart upon putting it on the first time. The print on the band peeled off and one of the loops on the band fell off before I could even wear it. I love the face of the watch but the band it's pure junk.

My watch arrived cracked and doesn’t tell time. I contacted seller for a refund or a new watch and did not get a reply. I was really excited about this watch.

Still have not received this item even though it was the first one “to ship” in my order. I have tried to contact company and can not get any response.

The watch band is of poor quality. This was a gift and my daughter had it on less than a day before the band broke.
