These run small
I never received my product

cheap but good
For the watch itself, I would give it 5 stars. Exactly as described and looks just like the picture, plus it was a great deal! I bought it for a cat lover friend and she loves it. The shipping was awful. It took two weeks from the time I ordered just to ship. I would have appreciated an email or explanation in the delay. 'Usually ships within 3 days' was absolutely not true. I wasn't in a rush to receive it so it didn't bother me too much, but for some people it might.
I have sent emails acquiring where my product is and have no response. It says it is still processing from February 3. I bought it in January. It is now February 20th. Not a fan of the customer service. Can't rate product when it never arrived.
Easy to put on!
Said it would ship buy Feb 3rd. Still have not received my order!
#1- the strap looks like it may be leather and I'm vegan so I would have looked for that information. If it's leather, that's a big deal. #2 - it can't even be worn because there are not enough holes in the strap to fit my arm. Total waste of money.
Literally cracked the day I put it on. I didn't even hit/ drop it. I looked down and it was cracked. Waste of money.
