I ordered the color blue, but instead received a dark purple. Is there a way to receive the correct color. It was purchased as a gift & it is the wrong color. Thank you

I'm so glad to find these since I have a Clarisonic machine and they stopped making them recently

Very cheap Some of them didn't even have magnets I had to go to hobby lobby and buy my own little magnets to glue inside several of them

Love these, but one was broken during shipping and messaged seller. And still haven't received a message back. Can't use the letters for my daycare kids if the letter f is broken in half... So sad!

I was just under the impression that you got 3 heads, not only one. And I tried finding on the ad where it stated that but couldn't so I am a little disappointed and feel like it was a little deceptive. I have not used it yet as my clarisonic needed charged last night so I used pmd instead. I feel like the actual item is good though.
