I ordered 2 pair of aviators, 1 pair came in and was the wrong color. The other came in and was broken. The nose piece was actually put on upside down. I emailed to ask for an exchange or refund and never got a response. I was very disappointed because I actually loved the sunglasses.

I still haven’t received product after ordering 15 days ago.

I still haven’t received my order and it’s been over two weeks. Feeling dissappointed because they were gifts to coworkers at school and now school is out. :(

The necklace is very nice, took a long time to get here but glad I received in time for Christmas.

Item showed shipped but never arrived. I needed it for a birthday present so i contacted the seller with no answer. I contacted Jane who then contacted the seller again and still no answer. I finally had to get a refund and re order from another site.

Ordered 2 of these on December 4th & it's December 20th & I still do not have the necklaces. Tried contacting the seller & never received a response. Tracking showed no updates but only said item was on its way to a USPS facility. Today, finally, tracking is updated & says it just departed the facility in Connecticut. I did not receive the items in time for the gift exchange but what's really disappointing is not getting a response from the seller or from Jane. Maybe I will get them by Christmas but I doubt it. This is the longest I have waited for an item through Jane.

I got my kit today and was so excited to try it and the batteries in the light don’t work. It says to remove a plastic piece under the battery cover but there wasn’t one and it doesn’t work! Very disappointed!

Great watch bands! Somewhat slow shipping, though.
