The product was as described. The shipping was sporadic. I ordered 4 bags. 2 arrived the first day. Two days later another one arrived and then the next day the final one arrived. I emailed the company after the first day when I only received 2, I never got a response.

These are okay. They work about a half a shade at a time. The 4th time using it, no more than a minute in and the roof of my mouth was literally burned. Be careful.

Cute, but the earrings came with tarnished hooks. Only worn once.

Estimated shipping date was the 14th. Still not sent to my knowledge. Emailed seller a couple of times with zero response so far. UPDATE..package showed up minus one pair that I ordered. Emailed them twice more about the situation with zero response. One pair broke within five minutes of having them. Absolute junk! I wish I could give them less than one star.

I have ordered these before and loved them. Lost them in the ocean this summer and was thrilled to see the deal back. However , they were supposed to ship on the 14th and they haven’t yet. I’ve emailed the seller twice since then and have not heard back. Very bad customer service. Will just email Jane to cancel the deal if nothing changes in the next day or 2. So disappointed.
