Id actually love this product, but with Jane and Route both refusing to reply on an approved claim for this item that never arrived, I’ve no choice but to leave a bad review. The order was placed a month ago, “lost” August 11th, and my claim for lost package was approved Aug 19th. Now here we are three weeks later and I have no refund, no replacement, and no word from either Jane or Route (the supposed “insurer”). Worse yet neither can be bothered to reply. Bye Jane! I’m sad to leave but it doesn’t seem you are sad to see me go. All over $14 earrings that I’d much rather just have in my possession, but.. have it your way.

There was a problem with the shipping, but the seller was wonderful and took care of fixing the problem. The wristlet is beautiful and very sturdy.

Pretty- but the chain broke as soon as I put it on. **Update to my one star review: I received a package in the mail today and inside was a sweet note from Kristen apologizing for the broken chain. Also included was a new replacement chain. This is a rare example of awesome customer service! I didn’t even need to request anything! Thanks so much for caring enough to do this! I’m changing this review from one star to 5 stars!! Every small and large business should take note of Kristen and her business and follow her example! Thank you!
Very light weight so I was able to wear all day with no issues. Super cute and go with lots of outfits.
