The product was not as shown. It was very short in the torso and in the arms. I got an extra large so it would fit more oversized and it was actually too small and fit awkwardly. Also very thin and the zipper was very cheap and kept jamming. However the seller did get back to me very quickly with how I can return.

HATE the velvet accent! Wish they’d chosen a different accent fabric. Anything would have been better, a twill or anything!!!!

This sweatshirt is terry (very thin) and the lining is almost white, I got the dark gray and when unzipped it looks cheap. Also the zipper is a cheap gold zipper, not the nice silver one in pic, very difficult to zip. I am 5'6 and usually size 4-6, I got medium and sleeves do not reach my wrists. Definitely not worth the price, I would say it's a $14 top. Would not recommend.

I ordered the darker grey pullover. Almost looked black in the pictures. I was very upset when it came in a brown color. I had high hopes for this shirt :/

I was not pleased with the quality of this sweatshirt. It is thin material, and I do not like the look of the gold zipper on it.

so unfortunately i have yet to receive my product, so although this review is not a reflection of the product itself it is strictly on customer experience. I placed my order august 30th, it said it would be shipped by sept 2nd. well it just left the state yesterday (9/15) and is now in transit to me, at least according to tracking anyway.....As a customer we order something because we count on the information the company is giving us on the site. I would not have ordered this had i known it would take that long. This is a gift for a family member and their special day has passed. I now have to gift this late which makes me feel awful. I would have been understanding had JB boutique or jane reached out to me and let me know my product wouldn't ship in time so i could have made other arrangements. Just disappointed
