I received this jacket and right away noticed how HUGE it was! I ordered a medium and went by their size chart. I have reached out to them a couple times now to get a small or a refund and I have not heard back from them at all. This is so disappointing and I’m hoping they will make this right.

if your bust size of 45" is mostly ribcage, order a size up. I can barely fit into the one I ordered because bust doesn't tell you waist size (and if it did, they didn't have ribcage people in mind)
