How do I contact the seller about shipping an item that USPS returned to them?

I loved this and so did the gift recipient! I was disappointed that the flowers were not custom to the birthdays listed and was a generic 12 month bouquet. Based on the description, I thought the bouquet pictured would reflect the birthdays. Despite my disappointment with the flowers, it’s still beautiful and very much loved by the receiver.

Cute however I wish I would have realized it’s the same bouquet for everyone. I should have read the fine print better. I’m sure the grandparents will love.

Great quality and very pretty but I wish I had read the fine print and reviews. I assumed the flowers would be the flowers of the months submitted but the bouquet is as pictured.

The picture was beautiful and I made a mistake on one of the birth months and sent a email to ask to have it fixed but I can't get anyone to reply back to me and I bought it for a Christmas gift.
