Custom Birth Flower Bunch Prints

I was pretty bummed when I opened the envelope and the cardstock was defective. There is a large crinkle in it. The delivery envelope shows no damage so I'm assuming it was defective prior to printing. I have reached out to the manufacturer, but have not yet heard back.
