Awful customer service, they dont respond

I love these earrings! These are bigger than some I've bought from this same company before. The design price, and quality is great!!

This defaulted to a different address than mine. I was able to get in touch with the seller, and the bracelet was sent to me. The bracelet was great, only it was too large. I reached out to the seller, and she agreed to fix it. I mailed it back, along with instructions. The bracelet was resized and returned. It did however go to the wrong (original) address so I don't have it yet.

Symbols were very faint in color compared to the writing, also not centered. Bracelet also leaves black residue everywhere.

Love these earrings. They are a nice statement piece to any outfit. I received many compliments.

Love it. Like the fact that I make the design myself.
