Personalized Custom Word Beaded Bracelets

Ordered 3 bracelets all the same size and 1 is big and has a lot of stretch, 2nd one fits fine but has less stretch and the other has no stretch whatsoever. Still cute but disappointed that they are like this, I'm afraid I'll break them so have only wore them once.

Processed order twice within a minute and immediately emailed vendor to cancel on order but never received response despite trying to reach several times. Received both sets of earrings. Terrible customer service and will never purchase from vendor again.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong pair of earrings and was able to prove this via photographs of earrings received and photographs of earrings in Jane.com website. However, Iviana & Co did not acknowledge their mistake, did not offer a refund, and did not offer to ship the actual ordered pair of earrings. This has been an unpleasant business transaction and experience. Jane.com will be contacted for support.

What was received was what had been ordered, customer was upset that the color was not what they though they were. We clearly state that due to many different types of monitors screens and devices colors can and will appear slightly different as we can not control how a color may appear on many different devices. There was no mistake on our part as we sent exactly what was ordered, we did offer a refund in the return of the items. We did not offer to send the “correct” items ordered as they were already sent we can’t offer a replacement for something we don’t have.
