I placed an order for 3 bracelets on 9/5/21 and never received them. The last shipping information I received was that they were in Atlanta on 9/21/21 and would be arriving late. I do understand that the vendor can not control the mail, and due to the craziness in the world, I know there will be delays. I sent them 2 emails. One on 10/18 and the other on 10/25 and never heard back (and I was sure to check my junk folder). These were suppose to be Christmas presents and birthday presents. I was really looking forward to being able to share them!

Nicole, I’ve searched for you In Our emails and don’t have any records of any emails from you, I also see the package has been delivered? If your tracking shows as delivered you need to contact your local postmaster to do a GPS trace of the package. Every package with a tracking number is GPS tagged if it’s delivered location. It is their responsibility to deliver package to the correct location. If they find that the package was delivered to a different location it is their responsibility to collect and deliver the package to its correct location.
