Oh my gosh! I bought the delicate little chain studs in gold and now I need them in silver! I've been wearing them every day, love them!

I don’t feel this is a good product for a beginner. No instructions came with the order. I had to go back to the website and view instructions. Not very helpful to me as a beginner. I ended up having to go to YouTube for help doing the flowers. Then the thread started unraveling from its self. Which made it quite difficult to work with. I finally gave up. So in a drawer in went, unfinished. ☹️

The company reached out to make this right and for that i am very thankful…...Definitely not packaged to gift. The Maryland state had another state printed on the back. I wanted to gift these but very disappointed. I have contacted Jane to return it.

Cute project that I can’t wait to complete! The wood is good quality, the design is fairly clear. I LOVE the idea of working on a medium other than fabric! However, I would not recommend for newbie embroiders even though the stitches are fairly basic because there were no instructions included. Even though this project should be fairly simple, it would be difficult for someone who isn’t as familiar with embroidery to complete. I’d love to see more designs available and instructions included.

It is cute, but there were no instructions (I could kind of piece together, but no instructions on what to glue where, and nothing to glue it on with, etc.) Yes it’s a “kit” but it didn’t come with any paint or things to put it together. Mine also came crammed in a smashed up cardboard envelope, and the wood is thin so I’m surprised it didn’t get more beat up. I am hoping to get a response from the seller for help. For the price, I was not impressed.

never got my package. tried reaching out to seller and jane about getting address updated, as i moved between the purchase. was never able to get it switched and now paid for a package i never received

Paint NOT included. This items looks cute but there were no instructions on what paints to use. I am little disappointed I have to make a trip and spend more $ to complete the product.

No directions of how to put together or any help at all!

Way fun. I was missing pieces which the company quickly fixed but I was still missing a piece in the end. I made it work so I still love it

Awesome DIY kit! Comes exactly as described. No need for directions, as there are photos posted to help if you’re unsure of placement. Had a great time with extended family painting each of the pieces. Came packaged as expected: well wrapped to ensure no broken pieces. Very pleased with the product.
