My receipt says gold ring gold chain. my chain is silver and ring is gold.. looks ridiculous

I received the wrong item, but customer service was easy to work with and are sending a replacement. Even though the wrong item came in, it was still beautiful and good quality.

I bought the silver and copper leather earrings. They are super light and super CUTE! BUY THEM!!

The colors were not as expected. I have reached out to the seller twice since receiving the earrings as I would like to return them, and the seller has not responded at all.

I only had them for a month and worn maybe 4 times and one earring already broke. Have contacted the seller 2 time and no answer,

I didn’t receive order, nor did seller respond to my email inquiry. I had to email Jane customer service in order to get a refund.

Never received.

I’m still waiting on my earrings.

Returned broken earring. Haven’t received replacement yet. Will update review if this changes.

I never received my package and was eventually refunded my money.
