LOVE these earrings! Lightweight & beautiful colors. The shape is so unique; I feel like they are flattering whether I wear my hair up or down.
The leather is thin, not double sided and not as vibrant as in the picture (black floral). I knew the leather part was small, but didn’t expect the hooks to be so small. The cork earrings are double sided and seem more durable.
Sorry to hear about your disappointment with our earrings. Thickness wise our leather is between 1.5-2 mm thick any thicker and a ear wire would not fit due to thickness. Leather hides are not double sided if they were us earring makers wouldn’t be able to use it due to it being way too thick. Photos in general will always look different per device screens some may appear bright, dim over saturated, etc. We try our best to get our colors to look as best as they can be. We manually double side our cork normally cork is made with a thin fabric backing and is 0.8 mm thick before adding another side.

The orange color is definitely more of a bronze, but not too bad! They seem a little more flimsy than I expected, but overall cute earrings. They will get worn for a gameday :)
