They failed to send the "free" pair with the Buy 3 get 1 free special they had when I ordered. I emailed them and they responded immediately and then followed up again when they shipped the free pair. Great customer service!

I LOVE the earrings. However, they were advertised as buy 3 get 1 free, I bought 4 pairs and was charged for all 4. I have sent e-mails, but no response yet. Would have given 5 stars, but false advertising.

I'm sorry that you did not read the listing before your made your purchase, As stated in our listing "do not add the free pair to your cart, it will be added to every order during packing on orders that have ordered 3+ pairs" This is not false advertising as its clearly stated on our deals you just need to read the listing details.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this seller. I am impressed by the quality of her earrings and how quick my order was completed. I love this smaller size because not everyone can wear big earrings, and these are the perfect smaller size. I hope there will be more colors for spring and summer.
