The earrings look very little to the earrings advertised. The pair that I received are shiny, black instead of blue (denim), and PAPER THIN!! Pass on these unless you just feel like making a donation to the seller. I'll never wear these earrings, and they're not even gift worthy to anyone.

Offer a refund but they declined, guess she liked them enough to not accept a refund plus we told her she wouldn’t have to return them but still declined the offer?? The earring purchase were our spotted leopard, black and brown spots.

Never received the two sets I ordered. It looks like my package was lost in the mail and tracking hasn't updated since August 16th. This isn't their fault by any means, but I've attempted to contact seller twice to either receive replacements or a refund and haven't heard a thing. I hate doing this but I finally reached out to Jane this morning to make it right I'm sure their products are lovely, but I had to give 1 star for customer service.

We have contacted you to let you know we could send replacements, as we noticed a defective in the beads we had on past bracelets and we got the new beads in from our supplier. You choose not to accept the replacements. Not sure how that’s bad customer service?? We are more then willing to help but only if you give us the opportunity to.
