Fell apart within an hour of wearing them. Contacted the seller, said they would send me another pair and never received them.

They sent me the wrong letters.

I received the wrong color, have contacted the seller 3 times with no response. Sometimes if you leave a bad review, you get the seller to respond, so hopefully??? Would think twice about ordering from them again.

I bought these earrings and received my order on August 31st. I immediately contacted the company due to the order being wrong. On September 3rd I received a response. They were very helpful and said they would send a replacement order out the same day. I again emailed on September 17 regarding the replacement. I was again told they would send a replacement with a tracking number. No tracking number and no replacement. Disappointed ☹️ No problems with the quality of the product or price. Just not what I order and was not pleased with the follow through.

I finally received and I'm very unimpressed. I have ordered many jewelry items off of Jane and have been very satisfied. This looks so cheap! Not only does it look cheap, it's on a cheap string. I have tiny wrists and know it will brake the first time I wear. Pictures also don't resemble the actual product you get. Between the wait and the quality of item...it's a hard no for me.

I love the quality of these earrings. I will be purchasing more. Shipping was very fast.
