I’ve ordered multiple times from this seller and never again. In fact I won’t order on Jane again either. I’ve reached out to the seller and Jane multiple times to hear nothing back. I ordered a bracelet and realized within a minute of using the buy now option it had my old address. I contacted the seller immediately and didn’t hear anything back. A few days later reached out again. She asked for the new mailing address and I sent it and heard nothing back about moving forward. Almost a month later nothing. I emailed a few days ago just requesting a refund…. Still have heard nothing back. JANE is also too busy to contact me after me trying 3 times.
