Item never arrived. Both Jane and route unable to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, I can not give a positive review to this company. Ordered two of the tooth fairy door hangers and one was spelled incorrectly. I contacted the seller immediately and was told a new one would be sent. I’m still waiting and am now not receiving any response to my follow up inquiries.
