I would recommend ordering a size up from what you would normally order for a fitted T-shirt. I bought this as a gift for a friend. She said she normally wears a size M in a regular t-shirt, and a size L for a fitted t-shirt. Based on other reviews, I ordered an XL and it fit her perfectly.
