I never received my product. It "shipped" and never made it to me. When I contacted the company, they told me to wait. I waited another week and still nothing. I contacted the company again and I still haven't gotten a refund. It was a Valentine Hoodie and the weather here is warming up, I have no use for it anymore. I haven't been issued a refund or offered a replacement. I've worked for small businesses, I bent over backwards to make customers happy. There was no effort given. I love shopping with Jane but will not purchase from this company again.
