This shirt was absolutely adorable and I received it within 3 days. My daughter loved it being that we have 2 German Shepherds as well and that was the dog I ordered for her shirt.

A little big for a large

The item itself is great, very cute, fits well, very soft. However, "customer service" is so bad, I won't be ordering from them again. It took 2 weeks to get to me, so I got my Valentine's shirt on Feb 13. I was really hoping to have it in time to wear leading up to Valentine's Day, which seemed reasonable 2 weeks ago when I ordered it. I reached out to the company to see if I could exchange it for a non-seasonal item and was told "I'm sorry that it's taking so long for your shirt to reach you, it definitely doesn't usually take nearly two weeks." and "USPS can be a very unpredictable", yet they'd do nothing to help me exchange the shirt (oh wait, yes they would, if I'd pay an additional $8 in shipping, on top of the $4 I've already paid). Such a bummer, I love their stuff, but can't take risks with such an awful company.

I thought I ordered the one with the Santa hat but it came without it. I love the shirt, however.

I normally wear a size large but ordered an Xl because I like a looser fit. It was perfect! Shipping was fast!
