I love my shirt and definitely want to purchase additional dog items! They are super soft and cute. I don’t like my shirts tight so I ordered up and it fits perfectly.

The shirt is suppose to be a 2x large and it is not true to size. I know to order up a size when ordering online and I did. It still doesn’t fit. I have tried to email your customer support and it wouldn’t send at all. I’ve tried it 4 different times. Same thing every time. I would like to ask you for a refund and I’ll be happy to send you the shirt back if you’ll pay postage. I don’t want the shirt seeing how I can’t wear it. Thank you Pam Jones.

Design does not stand out from gray background as clearly as depicted in the adjacent photograph. Very cute picture of "Cola" the dog but blends in with the background rather than standing out so it is clearly a printing issue rather than a design issue. Disappointed.
